2022 Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient
Judi Denny received the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022. For over 25 years, Judi’s work has elevated the Canadian Peony Society's stature within Canada and beyond. Her continued contributions as a mentor and fierce advocate as a peony enthusiast have been immeasurable.
The Canadian Peony Society proudly presented this honor to Judi Denny virtually on June 4, 2022 at the CPS AGM.
Judi Denny has been involved and a member in the Canadian Peony Society since its inception in 1998. She and her husband Michael were involved with the membership drives, root sales and donating roots, growing peonies from all across Canada. Judi has served on the Canadian Peony Society Board of Directors, as Ontario Director.
She has many many stories about the “founding fathers” of the CPS and a American Peony Society meeting at the Royal Botanical Gardens when the Canadian members decided it was time to start a peony society in Canada!
